MAJ Cassandra Peck, USA (Ret)

With more than 24 years of U.S. Military Service, within highly dynamic and diverse environments, as both an Enlisted Service Member and Commissioned Officer, Cassandra Peck has established herself as a dedicated leader, mentor, and role model. In positions as an Infantry Brigade Intelligence Officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom, Lead Intelligence Analyst for the Florida Counterdrug Program, Operations/Training Officer for the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, and Operations Officer for the Florida Joint Forces Headquarters Operations Center.

With National Service in both the U.S. Coast Guard and U. S. Army, Ms. Peck’s proven professional experience has focused on leadership, team building, training, mentorship, and coaching.  While enlisted, she served as a Drill Instructor, providing direct leadership coaching and mentorship to more than 800 new military personnel. As an Intelligence Officer and Leadership & Management Instructor at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, she delivered professional leadership training to the USCG’s Officer Cadre, setting the standard for other officers to emulate. Ms. Peck volunteered for service as a U.S. Army Officer Candidate School Instructor and Tac-Officer, again making a positive impact on the new Officer Corps of the U. S. Army and being recognized by the Commanding General for her dedication to service.  Ms. Peck also volunteered for Combat Deployment in Iraq, serving within an Infantry Brigade Combat Team. Throughout her service to our country, she continuously drove herself toward advanced professional development and utilized her leadership skills to mentor others.

 

Cassandra has attained an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and a Graduate Degree in Education/Instructional Design. Following retirement from the Army, she is now an established and recognized professional curriculum designer, consultant, graduate-level instructor, and executive coach. She maintains a diverse client list that includes the Federal Aviation Administration, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of State, as well as multiple city and county organizations.
